Main reason(s):I was on chase and suspect is stopped and he rammed me full speed.I thought,it was a crash but he U-Turned and rammed me again.I tried to talk but he just said ''IM BLACK''.
He is intentionally ramming and did not say anything.Probably,he rammed many players.

@12.30.00 he rammed me with full throttle,
@12.52.00 second time he was ramming me intentionally.After crash I tried to talk him.
@13.53.00 he is crashing [COP]Alex and did not say sorry.
