First off, remember to apologize for all crashes you cause. As explained to you by BP, the crash was obviously your fault and you failed to apologize.
Secondly, if there is an admin online, try to contact him first before writing forum report. Online admins can much easier and faster deal with such reports.
R0nza received confirmable warning for unnecessary driving wrong way at many occasions and endangering other players by doing so.
