Before you report anyone (on forum or in game) you always have to try to solve problem yourself first, simply by talking. This is something you ignored at all. Right after the crash you just screamed "report" and did it, without even trying to talk. This is something which really annoys me, I hope you will learn this time.
rz.m received confirmable warning for ramming in chase.
Naked.41 received 1 day ban for abusing !report command and failing to solve simple problems on his own first.
