Main reason(s): Placing roadblocks without permission as COP

6:57.47 - He enter highway 1 and places a roadblock that I did not request nor accepted. (This is the first roadblock he placed without permission)
9:21.89 - He blocks the road with his vehicle, once again without permission nor did I request any roadblock.
Description of incident (inc date & time): 26th April, 2018 / 15:00 UTC +1
He placed roadblocks that I did not approve of nor did I request a roadblock, this eventually cost me my chase due to suspension damage from a surprise roadblock that I didn't know was coming nor did the other cops in chase.

i start chase with wolf and lost it
and down have alot of distance and i report stats for him see cop chat pls
and next i say him i do rb and when i place rb i say him rb in place for wolf
