A few days later my friend's license was denied. After a period my friend entered and told me that the reason for the ban was a license ... Is it possible to unblock my friend's license

The user in question needs to make an unban request if he wishes for a chance to be unbanned.

When your friend wishes to make an unban request please direct him to post a new thread.
For now this ban will be denied.
