Main reason(s): Head on crash. after chase he did apologize but i asked him several times why he did that but he gave no answer and then he just quit

User received a confirmable warning reminding him that he must say sorry whenever he crashes someone, not later on when confronted. Causing a crash and failing to apologise is considered ramming, and thus will be treat like so.
