To be fair this thread doesn't make much sense, but he's had trouble with his neighbours for years... Idk how anything is going to change now though, or what this thread would help

Looks like landlord have been talking with them, he went home to us and fixed some stuff, they probaly did bang on floor up aswell when he was here
