Hello.
This was not a one-time occurance, your URS is rather littered with swears and insults towards other users, what makes this time seem different given "your brother" took over your account all of a sudden. We do have a policy - "Your account, your responsibility"
Not to mention you didn't really give much detail or explanation in your unban request, i am going to straight up deny it.
