Description of incident (inc date & time): Incident took place today, suspect was supposed to be busted at that point. I didn't see the need of talking to him about such thing, IMO the best thing would be leaving a note on his URS so that this doesn't happen again Smile

How come you didn't mention it to him while on the server? Sounds like it would save a lot of time for at least 2 people (you and me)

I've predicted that I'd get asked that so here's your answer:

He should be aware of the rule 6.5 now, but I'm that kind who likes to write down everything Smile.

Maybe next time it would be useful to write things down in the in-game chat and try to solve it yourself
