Description of incident (inc date & time): today ~18:15, France time.
I was chasing this driver because of speeding, then the chase began because he didn't stopped. He did many wrong ways and crashed other drivers without a word for apologizing. That is why I gave him a high fine at the end of the chase (434€). I tried to talk with him, but he never answered.
