I think he's not behaving the rules. As johan came into the server matje had to talk about something serieus he said, then following he started talking about a bullshit story of some weird virus and he had to repair it, for me it was kinda stalking because he wanted real life money from johan. Time Matje starts to talk is at " 6:14 : 00 It's only about 15 min long and keeps on going, I suggest to watch the whole replay for all the warnings we gave him.
