Description of incident (inc date & time):
14th November, 2018 around 19:30 UTC+1

For the first encounter, I tried to pass him and instead of letting me pass he decides to block me all the way until we are on the wrong way and I brake away from him.

For the second encounter, I come up behind him and he has a decent amount of time to react to me appearing behind him, but instead he waits a tiny bit and turns right out into me - To me it looks intentional, but thats left up to you guys.

Yumeito will receive a 3 day ban for provoking accidents by intentionally blocking other players & crashing into them. Yumeito will also recieve a warning for poor conduct as MED (speeding, dangerous driving).

[CSR] Rauno will also receive a warning for provoking Yumeito by blocking him as he was passing.
