1:35.51-1:36.30: not slowing at all for sirens, overtaking chase, drifting infront of chase onto wrong side, crashing another user, almost crashing the chase
1:58.50-2:03.30: starts ramming me, trying to kick me out of bounds multiple times until he disconnects.

Yeah he was repeatedly ramming you for quite some time. His connection was stable throughout most of the replay I witnessed, but when he was ramming you he started lagging. Probably an attempt to send you out of bounds. Paired with his ignorance to the sirens, suckmycar will be banned for 21 days.
