● Time & Date of Incident:possibly two weeks ago (didn't realise I was actually banned so ignored).

● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: due to my ISP being a low economy crappy isp, I have to proxy to play.
I was using a canadian proxy and I reside in New Zealand.
I have just discovered holiday mode so I will use that in the future.
