He aint moving for our chase just stepping on throttle, + he got spammed Move for chase many times, i just feelt no talking needed at this point.

Hi,
I agree that the user did not make any attempt to slow down for the chase. With that said, however, you should always try to talk to the user first before making a report, instead of jumping straight to a player report.
Nevertheless, the user has been spoken to in-game and has been warned not to overtake / interfere with chases.
