Incident Information
Date of Incident: 18th February 2019
Time of Incident: Roughly 11:30 GMT.

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
- 31:: Ripez pulls out from the grass to the road, didn't tell if he's losing it to the both lanes, and i couldn't brake as much as needed to stop, was doing flying laps.
- 31:38: He claims that because i'm behind him so i crashed him and i should say sorry, He continues to believe that.
- Onwards close to the end: He ignores me and kept drifting, that made a report required.

Just wanted to add, few users on the server noticed him also ramming, not saying sorry, and now also after i joined the server again did not say sorry to another crash. Anyway cant be talking about others but may this add on charge.
