Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
At 39:25 AdreesTinkler is in chase, I am in front of said chase while going through the barriers at that moment. I keep to my right as much as possible, leaving plenty of room for him to pass inbetween the left barrier and me. Just as the right barrier ended I was about to yield off the road (after that small rumble strip). But AdreesTinkler didn't want to pass me and instead rear ended me, he never ever braked or tried to avoid hitting me.

39:40-42:25 is the conversation, there's no resolution. Only various insults and names thrown. He reported me using !report, for what I do not know. He both said it and Taz confirmed it, I would think that's a falsely made report?

In retrospect, to avoid this in the future I will try to stop if possible before any barriers. I always when in an open space pull over/stop when a chase is passing, but given my speed and my judgement of how far away he was (in my rearview) I thought it was better to drive through and let him pass. I wouldn't have been able to stop before the barrier when I initially saw him, I would've just blocked the road.
Lastly, I don't think this is the conduct of an officer, being so arrogant and disrespectful. He didn't care at all of the actions.

39:25 - as you rightfully identified here, AdreesTinkler does indeed continue to accelerate fully towards you and makes no attempt to brake whatsoever.

He also appears to not be using a strobe, for whatever reason, but as he uses them later it seems accidental.

Admittedly you could've done more, as you've already acknowledged, but nevertheless that does not grant him the permission to ram you out of the way like that.

I appreciate that you tried to talk to each other, but in future refrain from starting the conversations with “…” as this is relatively pointless, and Tingle please attempt a conversation before just reporting them.

I’ve spoken to AdreesTinkler in-game, and given them a warning regarding conduct as a COP and ramming.
