This is exactly what happened last time, I had warned you to remove the bind before your last ban happened, you didn't do it. Your brother used your PC, got you banned. You made an unban request which exactly like this only says you got banned and yet again you're expecting me to just unban you because of your brother? You haven't made any obvious attempts to stop this from happening nor have you ever removed the bind like asked in the first place... So tell me now, why should I even consider unbanning or reducing your ban?
