Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
[COP][R]Rob wasn't involved in chase and he was speeding almost all the time until he started to chase me.
Rule 4.2. Road Laws says:
Cops must obey road laws when not in a chase.
Breaking road laws will be tolerated for short periods if it's necessary to get speeding evidence (!laser) or to initiate a chase, provided it is done with all due care and remains within a reasonable relation to the pursued offence.
I think the period and his speed was a little too much to get speeding evidence.
3:33:00 - he started accelerating from 120kph to 175kph (speed is limited to 120kph here)
3:51:00 - started accelerating from 200 to 225 (3:55:00) (speed is limited to 200kph)
4:02:00 - there's limited speed to 80kph, he is braking and his current speed is 140kph, he slowed down not to 80kph, but to 110kph, then it's over, he started chasing me

There is no set limit on how far you can go.
First he attempted to clock you before you turned out on HW1, but did not gain enough distance for that.
Then as you started speeding on HW1, he again attempted to clock you, but you slowed down once he was in the distance.
And the third time it was obvious you was speeding, and most likely Rob was within the lasering limit and started the chase.
It was done with care, and he did not endanger anyone.
