59:24:91 - not really sure what you mean here, honestly, but yes that's the COPs fault.
I think it's fair to say that mur0paketti does seem to rush some of their maneuvers and sometimes PITs you in bad places and some of the maneuvers are indeed questionable - to me it just seems like inexperience.
I have spoken to the user in-game and warned them of the above.
