Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
1:00:00 : the user exits pits and speeds reaching 120kmh in a 80kmh zone.
1:03:00 : Speeds in a 120kmh zone reaching almost 200kmh.
1:05:30 : Again speeds in a 90kmh zone to 120kmh keeping the speed.
1:06:30 : again speeding.... in a 120kmh zone reaching 150kmh.

The user involved did do much more ''sprints'' while med during the start of the replay.
He as been warned multiple times today about is speeding as med. But he seems not to comply and not caring about it ignoring when asked about it.
