3:20:50 User is using cheats / crash mod. It doesn't seem like lagg since his ping was ~180ms during the whole session. Sends other cars flying when they make contact, but he has little to no damage at all and continues driving. Besides that he ignores sirens and interferes a chase by crashing into two cops.
