Description of incident (inc Date & Time)

I am extremely displeased with his copping attitude.
Luffy cop suddenly braked and said i was tailgating when i was beside, i would have slammed into him if i wasn't beside him. Why did he have to suddenly slam on the brakes? I reviewed the replay and see no reason why. I even alerted him by honking him a few times to let him know i was beside and wanted to go pass him.

Next he decided to chase me, i stop immediately and i told him i did not break any rule.
He refuses to stop chase, so i warned him that i am laggy and he demanded me to stop so that he could bust me.
Told him there is no rule for that, he insist there is.

I know i am laggy so i try not to break any rules when cop is around, so why did he purposely chase me? Then insisting that i need to stop so he could bust me? Even when 3 others told him that there's no rule for it. Only advised try not to get in chases, which i always try to.

User will lose his cop rights for wrongly fining you and also for speeding, just to sort out the issue with lag. If we know a user's location is fine and they are lagging we can pretty much guess they are downloading something which is causing lag issues, but if we know a user lives far away from the server and there is nothing they can do about their lag then we wont do anything about it apart from advise them to try and not get chased.
