Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
I was in a chase with the user LosTonny, who in an attempt to make me loose contact with me forcefully rammed me into a barrier

The incident occured at 35.10 in the enclosed replay.

I have read the chatlogs as well as I did not see any attempt of communication in the replay, and upon reading the chatlogs I saw these lines (read from bottom to top):

To comment on this manoeuvre, it is allowed as it counts as a PIT and as a response to your comment of your car being damaged for it, I fail to see your car take any big damage from it. It is a bad place to perform a pit-manoeuvre but it is allowed as your car took little damage.

This was also confirmed by Carl:

Now over to the reported incident.

There is not much to say here really, LosTonny rammed tom into the barriers:

This manoeuvre is not allowed and counts as ramming, not even close to a pit manoeuvre.

LosTonny will receive a stern confirmable warning for this incident.
