Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 53:50 Crow started interfering a chase i told him that siren means do not interfere he ignored then i PIT ed him so i can contuinue the chase after that he caught up to me again and spun me after that he got to the suspect and spun him too

Hello,
To begin with, let me say that there're 'good' and 'bad' parts in this report. I'll start with the part you originally reported:
53:50 Crow started interfering a chase: That's correct. The user was clearly interfering your chase, and was driving infront of you / close to you several times.
However, there's a second part to this, which is where you're acting incorrectly yourself. Whilst I understand the frustration you had by seeing someone interfering your chase, you should never try to solve this kind of situations yourself. Crashing into Crow or performing P.I.T's into him, is not the correct way to deal with this kind of problems. In this case, you're way more experienced in our servers than he is, so you should know how to behave in such situations. If you experience a similar problem again, try to calm down and if possible 'ignore' him so that you can continue with the chase. If that's impossible because he's interfering too much the best would be to end the chase and report him straight away to us like you did here which was very good from you, but I cannot ignore the fact you crashed into him.
Therefore:
Brunus will receive a confirmable warning to remind him to stay away from chases, and to explain him that he's not allowed to crash into other players.
Yourself, krisar4321BG, will receive a confirmable warning to remind him to not crash into other players if they're interfering/trying to interfere with his chase.
