Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
1) Causing an accident due to a lack of observations with no apology [36:26:00]
2) Causing an accident to .tomIG[CZE] due to careless driving with no apology [38:24:00]
3) Messing around near a traffic stop [40:55:00]
4) Overtaking a chase, and then subsequently crashes players within the chase [41:56:00]
