As you mentioned, he did not apologize after the accident despite you asking him for an apology.
I also saw that 2 minutes after that incident he was drifting around the roundabout several times.
Therefore:
DRAGONICE will receive a confirmable warning to remind him that he should apologize after an accident and that drifting continuously the roundabout is not allowed.
