Time of Incident: 1:08:00 / 1:12:00
Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): The player, at timestamp 1:08:00 sees my chase passing and tries to keep up, after spam binding he stopped doing such.
At 1:12:00 im again on a chase where people slow down as they should but the player goes straight on without even trying to brake after even biding.

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): At the first time stamp the player goes drifting on the roundabout.
The second he just overtakes a chase again after a bind have been issued to he see. After tolding him that it was wrong he sweared twice , got fined once and kicked other time (it can bee seen on log)

Hello,
He clearly shows a lack of respect to our server rules. In the replay he interferes chases several times and does not even bother to slow down a little for them.
Msta has been banned for 7 days from our servers.
