Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): (35:27) snecek tries to jump out of the map, (36:00) when told not to he does it again. (36:50) After all he goes to the sand and then pits ( Rule 3.1 Do not leave the chase.
Do not jump back to pits (shift+p), go into spectator mode (shift+s) or leave the server. Regular pit stops to repair your car are allowed. )

Hello,
I've reviewed the timestamps and he clearly tried to leave the track limits while you were chasing him. Despite you asking him to stop he tried once again and a few seconds later left the chase by pitting.
Therefore:
snecek has been given a confirmable warning to remind him that leaving the track limits and pitting/spectating while being chased is not allowed.
