Date of Incident: 3rd of November 2019
Time of Incident: 20:10 GMT +1

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
3:50 - Loses control of car, hits someone doesn't apologize
11:35 - Doesn't have control of car, hits someone on RB (Not his fault) Loses more control goes wrong way hitting blackghost without apology
12:40 - Goes too fast due to lack of control hits Wezter No apoloy
16:15 - Wrong way, hits Robert no apology
16:40 - Gets into chase for WW, and dangerous driving. Rams cop after chase
16:48 - Main reason for this report. Rams me, i ram into robert. He keeps going and rams other people in the proces and me again. No apology from him
19:10 - Pits in chase, not allowed

Lack of control of his car, no knowledge of the rules and in general rude driving behaviour.
