Date of Incident:25/11/2019
Time of Incident: between 17:00 and 17:10

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): This man has hit me before without an apology, and I didn't really care too much but i included it in the replay. The second time he came from the other side and steered into me causing a lot of damage. Again, no apology (it looks on purpose though). I tried to get the attention of Blacktop, but he was afk.

At 1:11:45 he hit me for the first time, without apology. didnt really bother too much.

At 1:32:15 he hit me the second time, steers into me on purpose.

Hello,

He indeed caused both accidents and did not apologize in any of the two cases. I also looked through the replay and he was driving pretty recklessly in general.

Since he has a clean record until this date, luisking has been given a confirmable warning to remind him that he should apologize when he causes an accident.
