even he has lots of space in front of him, he set up trap to me, breaking deliberately and unnecessarily and decreased his speed to 40 km/h. because of that, i just TOUCH him and said sorry. than he fined me for CAUSING an ACCIDENT. even his trap, i can accept maybe careless driving but causing an accident? no i can't, after what he did on generally.
i watched all mpr and he did same thing to everyone. when he saw someone on his mirrors, he slows down. i am going to create another thread for report him too.

around this time, he touched tc adrian like i touched him. but i guess it is worse than my touch because he did it in pits and he knows adrian gonna stop for pit. after that touch, adrian didn't do anything to him.

You were expecting a 'careless driving' fine from him, but what you did does not fall under careless driving.

Quote:Driving in a careless manner without actively endangering other cars.

You made contact with him, so you actively endangered other cars. He was not braking when you hit him so there's no signs of him doing that on purpose. Whether his driving skills are good or not is a different thing. You rear ended him, so it was your fault.

The rest of your issues with him will be handled in the report, but the fine was valid since you caused the accident by rear ending him. He was not brake-checking you when this happened.
