- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:because the reason for the persecution is wrong, and I didn't hit anyone to be Dangerous Driving, and in my view, this situation is no reason for persecution, after that mpr I asked him to give me back the money and he refused.

A "general near miss through careless driving" perfectly describes what the COP fined you for here.

This is irrelevant in the context of a dangerous driving fine.
As you can see, this clearly falls under our guidelines for this fine, therefore no refund will be issued.
