- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: CRT takes the right only lane and he turns left, causing an accident and then he proceeds to fine me 200$ for an accident he caused.

RE: CRT - Onur - 2019-12-22 16:13

The arrow pointing right does not necessarily mean that you must turn right if you're on the right lane. I gave you ample space to pass me and carry on. I didn't see any evasive maneuvers from you in the MPR, you just slammed me into the armco and drove off. This would have not happened if you turned your wheel just a little bit. A tighter entry and exit would've stopped this from happening. You don't have to put in a herculean effort to drive the RAC and turning the wheel won't make you spiral off the track. And, I don't see any apologies after the accident. If I was truly liable for this accident, I would not hesitate to apologise. You should adopt this mentality as well. You certainly deserve this fine, because, I reiterate, you slammed me into the armco, and refrained from turning in.

RE: CRT - Robiii47 - 2019-12-22 16:18

There's a continous line next to the right arrow, that should force you to turn right, not left , you shouldn't cross over that line. You could have easily avoided the crash by choosing the correct lane for which way you are going. Cops are supossed to follow the road laws : 4.2. Road Laws
Cops must obey road laws when not in a chase.

RE: CRT - Onur - 2019-12-22 16:31

what responsibilities have you minded at the time of the crash? you went into the right lane after indicating left and failing to stay in the left lane, there's a contradiction here in my opinion, also what i've said before is still valid, i have already answered what you've wrote. a normal person could've prevented this accident from happening, whether the accident happens or not is up to you, when you get bored you either wreak havoc or do something else along those lines, when i was going the wrong way in westhill retro weeks before this, you deliberately crashed into me despite me steering clear of you, and you got a verbal warning from carl while you were complaining about that.

to summarize, it's up to you to prevent things, i did my best to prevent this, i gave you enough room, but instead of evading me, you decided to do this just for personal pleasure/just to be obnoxious. frankly, i'm unimpressed because this is something you've done before. Smile

Your first argument makes no sense : "The arrow pointing right does not necessarily mean that you must turn right if you're on the right lane." . What is the right arrow refering to then ? When you see a right arrow , do you turn around ?
I didn't fail to keep my lane. Your lane, the right lane ended, because it turned right onto the other road, you were supossed to be there too if you would have respected your lane.
Why are you bringing up things from the past? The thing you are talking about happened 3 months ago, I already got my warning for that.

RE: CRT - Onur - 2019-12-22 17:22

It's debatable who thinks my argument is invalid, but you speak so clearly that you make it seem you got an undeserved warning, even when it's 3 months ago, correct? Smile Even if it was my fault, you lost all your rightfulness by cutting me off. In my opinion, stop talking, you're only making matters worse for yourself, let the admins decide. Also, I spoke of something that happened 3 months ago because the nonsensical acts of yours back then are sadly equivalent to your acts now.

RE: CRT - Robiii47 - 2019-12-22 17:33

I don't understand what "Undeserved warning " you're talking about. I got that warning for the incident 3 months ago.

RE: CRT - Onur - 2019-12-22 17:44

This is not what you should be focusing on, you're not where you should be, read everything I've said again from the beginning, this isn't the only place you don't understand, there are many points you don't understand, you kept repeating the same stuff over and over again while I actually replied to what you said, If you want to share a worthwhile and relevant story, I'm here, if not, I'll leave you alone with your last reply so you can understand what I've typed.

Incorrect. There is a solid line which indicates that you must turn right when using that lane, in reality everyone ignores this line but it still makes this your fault.

This was brought up to discussion for several admins and we all have agreed that this accident is CRT's fault.

I will process the refund of 200€.
