46:17- He rams me at 100mph as I went to join another chase
He claimed he rammed me because I treated him unfairly, which I didn't. I tried talking to him and explaining ramming people wasn't ok. He didn't seem to want to listen to me. I gave him a chance to apologize and he just called me a "dictator".
