The chatlogs does indeed show that he insulted you yes, however it does not show what you or him did with your cars prior to this incident, which makes the case harder to deal with, especially since I can see you have had issues with this player just 20 minutes prior to this incident.

We must make sure we look at both sides of a case when dealing with a report to make the correct and fair action, and we often can spot other incidents in a replay that were not related to the original offence.

Since I have nothing else to investigate than the chatlogs alone, I will only issue a confirmable warning to Msta.
