Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): He has disrupted others' gameplay, mostly chases etc. and has driven carelessly, causing trouble for others.

17:40 (sort of) cuts off a chase
18:56 starts following the same chase, falls behind
21:40 Wrong ways into someone
22:36 Gets some move binds his way
1:19:00 I have to resort to swerving through traffic, he doesn't move for the siren
1:20:30 Slams into my chase while wrong waying, no apology to be heard, Emre tries talking to him later on. (I also tried talking to him afterwards. It's Emre's MPR so he cut it off after he was done.)

Hey,

17:40 Nothing too bad here, however after this he failed to move for sirens.
18:56 Follows chase.
21:40 Should have apologized for this accident he caused.
22:36 Clearly interfering with the chase.
1:19:00 Again interfering with the chase.
1:20:30 I wouldn't say he slammed into your chase, since he was pretty much stopped when you had sight on him after that corner. However this accident was caused due to him wrong siding and trying to do a u-turn, so i agree he should have apologized for it.

The user will receive a confirmable warning for his actions.
