Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): At [7:31.00] "SX" he ignored the sirens and crashed brutally against the suspect so he also damages me ... He didn't apologize!! i tried to writing him but he ignored me and then left the server!

Yeah this user failed to respond to the sirens on his screen and didn't seem to say anything at all. User phobia_ will be issued a confirmable warning for his actions.

As a side note, I noticed that you used !admin as well. For this particular incident, it was unnecessary. Please be reminded to use this for extreme cases such as speed hacking, crash mods and any continuous gameplay disruption like mass ramming. It is otherwise pointless alerting every single admin in the team about one single crash. Here is the disclaimer to have a look at.
