Fiat deciding to ruin chases by going offroad at the ramp and jumping in chases

11:13:00-going off road and trolling cops in chase
20:45:00-going off road and trolling cops in chase
27:14:00-going off road and trolling cops in chase
38:55:00-going off road and trolling cops in chase
49:50:20-jumping over fence during chase so cops could not follow, he admitted after in chat he does not care for concequentions of his actions and ruining it for most players involved.

11:13:00 - no issue with this, as it's not strictly out-of-bounds.
20:45:00 - the stunt ramp thing itself is OK, but he should have came back as that grass bit is out-of-bounds.
27:14:00 - no issue with this.
38:55:00 - no issue with this.
49:50:20 - this is not allowed.

I will be issuing mgxpower with a warning in regards to stunting and going OOB in chase.
