+ [CSR] Ross intentional ramming (Report Archived by Carl) - Dirksu - 2020-12-01 20:09 Users Involved Your LFS Username: [AJS] Dirksu Their LFS Username(s): ross-levine Their In-game Nickname(s): [CSR] Ross Incident Information Date of Incident: 1st December 2020 Time of Incident: Roughly 21.00 Estonian time Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): So i was just driving normally, minding my own bussiness, and then [CSR] Ross decided to overtake me. When he had reached my door, he decided to turn his wheel left, and ram right into me, for no reason, causing my car to flip upside down, and slide wrong way. On the video evidence, you can clearly see, that he is pissed about something, and ramming into me intentionally. His driving generally is not great - he has tailgated me, and caused many dangerouse situations before that. 00:00:05 - starts to swerve into my lane, then suddenly turns the wheel left, to crash into me. 00:00:07 - doesnt even brake, but keeps on ramming/pushing me til i end up on my roof Evidence Replay: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/822132142 Status: Investigation Process. Please be patient, we will reply shortly. Hi, I'm aware that your twitch clip shows the incident, but I need an .mpr file to validate it & also see the bigger picture. That could be anyone who has copied that persons skin/nickname. Please also include the timestamps of the .mpr you are providing, thanks. RE: [CSR] Ross intentional ramming - BlackMagic - 2020-12-01 20:28 Hi. That hit was not intentional, I did apologise as I was distracted whilst using my wheel and playing LFS. I leant over to the left but I was not looking to see if anybody was there. Apologies again, Ross RE: [CSR] Ross intentional ramming - Dirksu - 2020-12-01 21:02 Hello, Heres the link you wanted me to provide you. He then proceeded to chase you down, steer into you and flip you applying throttle with no brakes. I fail to see how this can be an accident, it was far too calculated. The sorry bind was merely to distract from the fact that this was on purpose. Given that ross-levine is fully clear that crashing/ramming people on the public roads is strictly forbidden, he will be placed on a 7 day ban. I would suggest communicating a bit better Dirksu, you responded "no problem" to his sorry bind which suggested you were ok with it, but have since reported it. Nonetheless, it's still not an acceptable form of gameplay to be pushing each other off the road like that completely unprovoked. Please follow this guide a little more closely next time: http://forum.city-driving.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=15092 Action has been taken as described
