Hello,

I'm afraid the problem of this skin is the complete base design.

Due to the way the skin has been designed, it's hardly identifiable as a POLICE skin. The amount of changes that would be required to get the skin approved would impact the base design.

For the reasons stated above we're forced to deny the approval of this skin.
