Take the lollipop. Afterwards, you can disable the app's 'sharing' feature by clicking the down arrow to the right of 'Home' in the top right corner of facebook, Privacy Settings>Apps And Websites>Takethislollipop
and at the top right click Remove App.

Nothing, if you either didn't give it access to post as you or removed the permissions after.

If not, it sends the person shown in the countdown a wall post saying <that person> is next.
