Hello! Its my first time editing skins a bit, i took some public skins and made them a bit more my liking, i hope i get these allowed since i their public and i like them

Hello,
Skins that you make are supposed to be your work. If people authorize you to use the skin, it's fine to edit it and make your own version. Otherwise, you should make your own skin from scratch.
But the skin itself is good to be used as a MED skin.
