Hi,
The problem we are having with your skin is the base design. The COP skin rules state:
Quote:It should have a solid base colour with large areas/panels of bodywork in a contrasting base colour and/or large stripes along the sides in contrasting/hi-vis colour(s).Source: http://city-driving.co.uk/rules/copskins.php
Your skin simply does not comply with this, it's too dark, almost like an undercover skin. I'll leave you with the above quote to make some changes to your skin, please post back with any updates.
