Remember !report does exist and it's particularly useful for these kinds of incidents. You are expected to at least try and resolve it in the chat first by telling the person what they are doing wrong. Use the forum report as a last resort as I've had to download close to 10 hours of replay for 2 single crashes, both of which had download speed caps on them.
User will be warned about what to do if he causes a crash.
