Start watching replay from 30:10.00

So basically I went too hot into turn and crashed, YUG cop comes out at same time from pits. He sees me crash, crashes into me and starts sirens without initiating chase.

I ask him to start chase if he wants to chase me. He starts chase after a while and then immediately proceeds to RAM me and flip me. He recieves his fine money and he went on his merry way. I ask him to not ram. He doesnt reply. I watched him chase some other people and he was pretty much ramming them too.

I dont think this guy (pun intended) has any idea of how to cop. His cop license should be revoked and my hard-earned 60$ should be returned.
