Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
1.41:17 - weak hit
1.41:58 - hit a little stronger
1.43:13 - two weak hit
1.43:51 & 1.44:01 - i guess that he was trying PIT
1.44:53 - I don't see the need for these hits, so ramming
1.45:35 - weak hit, trying PIT the cop
1.46:05 - I even understand him a little here, but I thought it was strange that he kept going against the police car
1.51:20 - strange hits
1.55:35 - again, I don't see the need for these hit in me and Orhan
1.59:03 - really unnecessary and a bit dirty
2.00:10 - also unecessary
2.00:20 - hm
2.01:03 - weak hits again
2.03:59 - again strange hit
2.08:33 - caused a accident
2.08:44 - intentional ram
2.14:00 - and here is when the chase ended so i start tried to talk with him, [2.15:00] i asked if he know that can't ram and he ignored - [2.16:00] he said "sorry, Iam driving, no time to talk" - and minutes later the replay he said that dont is here to talk and ignored me again
The main reason i report him is because he just ignored my messages about it being against the rules, like if saying "i don't care", and there were so many other hits on all the police officers that if I were to put it here it would be more gigantic than it already is.

Hi,
In future please keep the timestamps to the most critical points. Any incidents which leave you unsure are probably not breaking the rules. It makes it a lot easier for me to check the report then. There was definetely evidence of this player not playing by the chase rules and flat out ramming the cops in a variety of circumstances.
DukeVanZoom will be given a warning about allowable force in chase.
