Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): First of all i want to say this guy is so annoying you cant touch him in chase that he is not saying "wtf","???","why ram".. If you have time please watch all chase starting from 11:51
27:54: Stunting in chase and after landing on other side of Highway, he just run away from me after me telling him its not allowed and its againsta rules. After he escaped, he was toxic as allways saying "hhhhh"
If you dont want to do something about him i will from now on ram him every time i see him on server... I'm so tired of it

On 11:51 when you entered safe zone you were going direct in to perked car to crash him and i tried to pit you so you dont hit him.

why would i want to hit barriers? But what do you expect me to look at you and wait for you to run out of fuel..

Sorry for the delay. I would hope that his comments of you ramming him are false, but if they are true that's up to him solve between you both. What he did was definetely not allowed. The rule on it is very clear and he also ignored your warnings to stop and replied with "hhhh" so Junioreyizz will be banned for 7 days for the above reason.
