50:27 starts ramming Stuntman M.
52:10 keeps ramming
53:20 i chased him and now started ramming me so i flip and then runs from chase.

spec kappa at 48min45 he is chased
I suggest to put x2/4/8 replay speed
he ram me multiple times, then he ram traffic.
soon after a received a report ingame, probably from him, when I went into the pit stop next to his car. So from there i start to make ingame reports against him
at 50:44 im still repairing he ram me again
soon later he ram a cop (joz) fliping him
fast forward, he ram ciciban at 56:28
58:14 he ram rayflected
58:35 he ram me again multiple times as im stopped. + ram roberson and many other cars
you can read in chat that he want to be banned...
he indeed ended 24hr banned from user reports (mine included)
he apparently reported a lot of people ingame (me, batatoide 3 times) while he was breaking rules and respect toward users.

User will be banned for this and a separate incident, where Kappa gave death threats and being highly insulting/disrespectful towards other users.
