Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
This is not the first time I have seen him ramming, and interfering with chases. Me, tzu and ukrain were chasing his friend, when he started to ram us. Also he has crashed a large amount of people, and has never apologized for his actions. When i tried speaking to him after chase, and during chase, he did not care at all.

8:45 Crashed a cop wrong way, failed to apologize
11:05 Crashed a cop wrong way, failed to apologize
15:35 Tried to ram one of us full speed, failed
17:15 Tried to ram me full speed, almost hit me
17:20 Pretty much everything from here forwards is worth watching, as he was constantly interfering with chase, ramming all 3 of us. At some point i asked him to stop interfering, he answered with no.
